从“十五”到“十一五”江苏房地产业发展的思考

A Ponderation on the Real Estate Development in Jiangsu Province from "Ten-five" to "Eleven-five"

The article first of all summarizes the real estate development in Jiangsu Province,then draws the conclusion that the general development goes on smoothly but there still exist some problems: The price of houses is rising too rapidly with the going down of purchasing power of its residents;The financial conditions of most real estate enterprises are not good with a single fund collecting channel;The ratio of economical houses building is low with unbalanced development in different districts.Therefore in order to make a healthy and steady development of real estate enterprises in Jiangsu Province in the "eleven-five" period,the paper proposes the following steps: Continue to carry out the macro adjusting policies to control the rapid rising of houses prices;Promote district balanced development to improve the structures of commodity houses;Exalt the quality of the real estate enterprises financial capital to multiply the funds collecting channels.
