| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义经济快速的发展，现行的征地制度暴露出越来越多的缺陷，故而征地制度亟待完善。本文通过对现行土地征地制度存在缺陷的分析，提出了与当前社会经济背景相适应的征地制度改革思路。
