中国绿色全要素生产率的俱乐部收敛及地区差距来源研究

摘    要:研究目标:测算中国省际绿色全要素生产率(TFP)增长,探究其收敛俱乐部及地区差距来源。研究方法:提出基于空间异质性的三阶段SP-DEA动态分析模型,测算出中国省际绿色TFP增长,采用非线性时变因子模型检验中国绿色TFP增长的俱乐部收敛趋势,运用QAP方法揭示地区差距来源。研究发现:剔除空间异质性等客观因素后,中国绿色TFP年均增长1.083%,特别是“十二五”规划期较之前提高5.2倍,中国29个省份的技术进步呈现正增长,其中北京、上海、广东、江苏的绿色TFP增长源自技术进步和效率提升双重作用。考察期内中国绿色TFP增长呈现出由长江经济带、泛珠江经济带、西北地区省份构成的具有“区块链”特征的收敛俱乐部。以上三个收敛俱乐部的存在有利于缩小中国省际绿色TFP增长的地区差距,而技术效率变化与技术进步呈现的“块状”收敛俱乐部、相邻省份间的空间溢出效应则不能缩小上述差距。技术效率变化差异则是当前中国省际绿色TFP增长地区差距的主要来源。研究创新:提出三阶段SP-DEA动态分析模型,破除空间异质性影响和无法进行动态研究的局限,更加准确地测度中国省际绿色TFP的真实增长,并突破人为预先设定的区域界限,实现跨地区俱乐部收敛检验。研究价值:准确测算中国绿色TFP增长及其收敛俱乐部,深入揭示中国省际绿色TFP增长的地区差距来源。

Abstract:Research Objectives:Measure green total factor productivity growth in Chinese provinces,and explore its club convergence trends and sources of regional gaps.Research Methods:A three-stage SP-DEA dynamic analysis model based on spatial heterogeneity is proposed to measure the true green TFP growth in China s provinces.The nonlinear time-varying factor model is used to test the club convergence trend of Chinese green TFP growth,and the QAP method is used to reveal the source of the gap.Research Findings:Chinese green TFP grew at an average annual rate of 1.083%,especially in the 12th Five-Year Plan period,which was 5.2 times higher than before.The technological progress of 29 provinces in China showed positive growth,and green TFP growth in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces was from the dual role of technological progress and efficiency.During the inspection period,Chinese green TFP growth showed a convergence club with the characteristics of“blockchain”consisting of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the Pan-Pearl River Economic Belt,and the Northwestern Provinces.The existence of the above three convergence clubs is conducive to narrowing the regional gap in the growth of China s inter-provincial green TFP,while the gap between the technical efficiency changes and the“blocky”convergence clubs and technological problems presented by technological advancement cannot narrow the gap between the above regions.The difference in technical efficiency changes is the main source of the current regional gap in China s inter-provincial green TFP growth.Research Innovations:Propose a three-stage SP-DEA dynamic analysis model to eliminate the effects of spatial heterogeneity and the inability to conduct dynamic research,and measure the real growth of China s inter-provincial green TFP more accurately.Break through artificially pre-defined regional boundaries to achieve cross-regional club convergence test.Research Value:Accurately measure Chinese green TFP growth and its convergence club,and reveal the source of regional gaps in China s inter-provincial green TFP growth.
