| 摘 要： | 经济活动的和谐是整个社会和谐的基础。正确处理效率与公平的关系,实现效率与公平的统一,是我国建设社会主义和谐社会的应有之义。完善效率与公平统一的调节机制,应赋予各类市场主体平等的经济地位、法律地位和发展权利,明晰和保障各类财产、物品的所有者权益,建立健全全国统一的市场体系,加强和改善宏观调控,有效发挥政府对不同收入群体进行再分配的调节作用。

| Abstract: | Harmony of economic activity is the foundation for the whole harmonious society.Handle the relationship between efficiency and fair correctly and realize efficiency and fair unity,it is the justice for our country to build socialistic harmonious society.Improve efficiency and fair unified regulation mechanism,should give all kinds of market subject equal economic status,legal status and developing right,make clear and ensure interests of all kind of property and owner rights,to build the unified market system in whole country,strengthen and improve macro adjustments and finally give play to government's regulating action to reallocate different income colony effectively. |
