高职院校公共英语教学中引入职场英语的策略分析

摘    要:为提高高职院校公共英语的教学质量,摒除传统英语教学的诸多弊端,引入基于岗位工作过程来设计的职场英语教学势在必行。它能极大提高学生的学习积极性,使学习者在用中学,学中用,融"教、学、做"为一体。本文从转变教学理念、更新教学内容、提高教学能力、改进教学方法和手段、创建职场英语教学环境等方面讨论了如何引入职场英语教学体系。

Abstract:In order to improve the teaching quality and solve the problems in conventional English teaching in higher vocational colleges,it is imperative to teach non-English majors workplace English,which,based on the working process,can inspire students’ learning enthusiasm and stress the integration teaching,leaning and working practice.This paper discusses how to introduce workplace English to higher vocational colleges from the following aspects: adopting a new teaching principle,updating teaching content,improving teaching ability and creating suitable teaching environment.
