| 摘 要： | 入世后我国金融业将面临金融自由化与全球化的强烈挑战,潜在的金融风险将会更加突出.本文根据国际金融业经营模式的发展趋势与我国发展现状,通过对产品差异化策略的实际效用分析,指出混业经营模式是我国金融业实施产品差异化策略、培养金融业核心竞争力的强有力的发展战略.

| Abstract: | After entering the WTO, the finance industry of China will be faced with the lough challenge of the freedom and globalization of the world finance industry. At the same time, it's urgent for us to deal with the potential financial risk of our finance industry. In this article, we made an outline of the history and tendency of the operation mode of finance industry of the world and our country. Meanwhile, 1 give an analysis to the real value of the strategy of product differentiation and the important role of the diversified operation in finance industry. According to these, we draw a conclusion that diversified operation is an effective way for our finance industry to carry out product differentiation strategy. In this way, we take a good reason to believe that our finance industry will be more competitive. |
