| 摘 要： | 基于我国住房保障体系的发展现状,就我国住房保障体系主体(经济适用房)的非均衡供给作了实证分析,得出全国经济适用房非均衡计量经济模型和非均衡度的量化结果,通过对回归结果的考察,最后基于融资角度提出构建PPP模式的住房保障体系的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the reality situation of Chinese housing security system,does the empirical analysis of the affordable and functional housing.Then gets unbalanced model and its calculation method.By analyzing on the regression result and related charts,our conclusion tallies with the reality.Finally,the policy is put forward to from the angle of financing. |
