聚丙烯生产中丁烯加入对废气回收系统运行的影响

摘    要:对聚丙烯三元及丙丁无规共聚生产中,丁烯的加入造成汽蒸器废气回收系统无法运行的原因进行分析,并通过理论计算与技术改进,保证了回收气系统在三元及丙丁无规共聚生产时运行正常,使汽蒸出的大量丙烯、丁烯、丙烷混合气充分回收利用,实现了聚丙烯三元及丙丁无规共聚产品生产成本的最小化。
