拓展加强制度理论研究和宣传教育的视野

党的十八大以来,中国特色社会主义制度体系建设处于重要突出地位。十九届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化若干重大问题的决定》指出,中国特色社会主义制度是党和人民在长期实践探索中形成的科学体系,该《决定》提出了坚持和完善各方面制度的根本遵循,并着重强调了加强制度理论研究和宣传教育的重要性。本文分别从全球视野、传统视野、理论视野和科学视野四个维度依次展开了基于新时代国内外经济发展客观趋势及其规律的视野拓展,植根中华民族传统文化的视野拓展,基于马克思主义列宁主义毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论的视野拓展,以及基于习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想系统完整科学体系的视野拓展。本文试图在阐明制度理论的基础上,进一步拓展加强制度理论研究和宣传教育的视野,以更好实现《决定》规定的根本目的。

Expanding the Vision of Strengthening Institutional Theoretical Research and Publicity and Education

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of socialist system with Chinese characteristics has been in an important and prominent position.The resolution of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee pointed out that the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is a scientific system formed by the Communist Party of China and the people in their long-term practical explorations.The Decision put forward the basic adherence and improvement of all aspects of the system,and emphasized the importance of strengthening the research of system theory and publicity and education.This article conducts research from four dimensions:global vision,traditional vision,theoretical vision and scientific vision.They are vision expansions based on objective trends and laws of economic development at home and abroad in the new era,vision expansions rooted in the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,vision expansions based on Marxist-Leninist Mao Zedong Thought and socialist theory with Chinese characteristics,and based on Xi Jinping’s new era.On the basis of clarifying the theory of the system,this article further expands the vision of strengthening institutional theory research and publicity and education to better achieve the fundamental purpose stipulated in the Decision.
