国内战略性新兴产业发展研究评述

战略性新兴产业是中国推动经济转型、优化产业结构、抢占国际竞争制高点的着力点，因此，成为当前学术界研究的热点之一。目前，中国对战略性新兴产业研究主要集中在以下几个方面：（1）概念与特征；（2）选择标准；（3）区位分布；（4）培育路径与政策研究；（5）国外发展新兴产业经验的启示。本文在以上几个方面研究评述的基础上，认为未来研究战略性新兴产业需要明确其内涵与外延性概念、需要实用性强的权威规范的产业分类、加深从不同视角研究产业区位分布以及需要精确的政策指引。

Review of Chinese Strategic Emerging Industry Studies

As the key for promoting economic transformation,optimizing the industrial structure and seizing the commanding heights in international competition,strategic emerging industry has been one of the hotspots of academic research.Currently,the research for strategic emerging industries in Chinese academics focus on the following aspects: the definition and characteristic, selection criteria, location distribution, cultivation path and policy of strategic emerging industry and the inspiration of experience in the development in foreign countries. Based on the review of above several aspects of the research, the authors consider that it is essential to clear the definition and concept of extensionality of strategic emerging industry, developing a practical and authoritative industrial classification and deepening the study of the geographical distribution in different perspectives and more precise policy guidelines in future studies.
