| 摘 要： | 受资源禀赋和制度等因素影响，中国油气产量增长低于消费增长，油气对外依存度还将持续攀升。油气行业表现出强垄断性，民营企业主要分布在下游。价格改革、放开进口、引入竞争、加强环保、利用国外资源将成为未来油气产业改革的主要指导思想。

The Production and Consumption,Distribution and Policy Analysis of Chinese Oil and Gas Industry |

| Abstract: | Oil and gas production growth in China is lower than consumption growth, which is affected by the factors of resource and mechanism. Oil and gas will continue improving external dependency. The oil and gas industry show strong monopoly, private enterprises are mainly distributed in the downstream. The general guiding ideology is: price reform, liberalisation of import, competition, environmental protection and the use of foreign resources. |
