| 摘 要： | 人类社会要发展,必然要对自然资源进行开发利用.但如果对自然资源只开发不保护,或者用一种功利主义价值观进行开发利用,将会导致一系列的生态、经济、社会问题.民族地区一般具有自然资源丰富、生态环境脆弱的特点,所以对于民族地区的自然资源开发更要慎重.生态伦理观强调资源的多重价值,反对把资源仅仅还原为经济学上的资源,这种价值观能够较好地指导民族地区的自然资源保护与开发,可较好地解决自然资源保护与开发之间的矛盾,有利于民族地区的和谐发展与政治稳定.
