| 摘 要： | 研究产业环境、把握市场特征,是准确定位物流地产市场、高效推进物流经济发展的核心环节。本文采取比较研究、实证分析相结合的方法,在探索性地研究兰州都市圈物流地产发展的市场特征、内外环境的基础上,针对性地提出了该区域物流地产发展的独特路径,为西北落后地区物流地产发展提供研究基础和参考依据。
