摘    要:职工的绩效评价结果的好坏直接关系到其绩效工资的高低,进而影响其工作积极性。要做出公正、合理的绩效评价,管理者就必须与职工进行有效的绩效沟通,管理者就必须掌握绩效沟通的方法,以提高用人单位的绩效管理水平。

Abstract:The performance evaluation of staff directly related to the level of performance wages,thereby affecting their work enthusiasm.To make a fair,reasonable performance evaluation,managers and staff must have effective communication,the manager must master the methods of performance communication to improve the performance management level of the employing unit.
