Apply the ISO9000 Quality Managing System thought enhancing managing efficiency of petroleum construction eEnterprise

The managing efficiency is the bread and butter of an enterprise. This paper discusses the importance and feasibility of the application of ISO9000 Quality Managing System in the managing process of the petroleum construction enterprise. ISO9000 Quality Managing theorem is conducted to bring up PDCA circulating method which can solve some problems of the petroleum construction enterprise. In order to improve and enhance the managing efficiency of an enterprise, a system is suggested to provide against problems actively instead of trying to solve them passively.
