摘    要:为分析泵站进水池中构筑物布置对水流的影响,采用CFD技术模拟计算了进水池中不同构筑物布置形式的水体流动状态。计算结果表明:在进水管两侧设置水泵梁,对进水池流态及喇叭口出口水力性能基本无影响;进水侧水泵梁改为检修平台,平台下方出现横轴漩涡,喇叭口出口水力性能略有降低;进水管后侧设置检修平台,切断了进水池表面及两侧近壁区水体进入喇叭口的通道,出口水力性能降低;在池内设置检修胸墙,改变了表面水体流动方式,造成喇叭口单向进水,出口水力性能下降明显;同时设置检修胸墙及进水管后侧检修平台,池内水流紊乱,喇叭口单向进水,出口水力性能最差。因此,除水泵梁外,进水池中应避免设置其他构筑物。

Effect of structural patterns in sump of pumping stations on flows
Abstract:In order to analyze the effect of the structural layout in the sump of pumping stations,CFD technology was employed to simulate the flow regimes in the sump with different structural patterns.The simulated results show that the pump beams set at both sides of the inlet pipe basically have no effect on the flow regime in the sump and the hydraulic performance in the outlet of the trumpet mouth.When the pump beams at the side of the inlet pipe are changed to a maintenance platform,a horizontal vortex appears below the platform,and the hydraulic performance in the outlet of the trumpet mouth slightly decreases.When the maintenance platform is set behind the inlet pipe,the channel for the water at the sump surface and near-wall regions flowing into the trumpet mouth is cut off,and the hydraulic performance at the outlet decreases.When the maintenance breast wall is set in the sump,the flowing patterns of the surface water are changed,leading to one-way flows into the trumpet mouth,and the hydraulic performance at the outlet obviously decreases.When the maintenance breast wall in the sump and the maintenance platform behind the inlet pipe are simultaneously set,the flows in the sump are turbulent and result in one-way flows into the trumpet mouth,and the hydraulic performance at the outlet is worst.Therefore,except for the pump beams,other structures should not be set in the sump.
