| Abstract: | This paper reviews the development of urban anti-poverty theories in foreign countries,including the meanings,the measures,the features and the mechanisms and causes of urban anti-poverty.It also summarizes urban anti-poverty studies in China,and points out the meaning of western anti-urban poverty theories for the urban development in China. |
