| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the course of western region,the article draws a conclusion that although there are multi-power affect western region's urbanization,institution is the most important and decisive one.Understand the view is very crucial to quicken up its urbanization course for the future,that is,institution innovation is the key to its urbanization course. |
