| 摘 要： | 中国金融业改革在20世纪80年代中后期启动以来,已经取得了长足进步。但是金融业整体低效率的状况仍是困扰我国金融业发展的一个难题,而低效率的根源在于缺乏界定明确、高效率的金融产权安排。因此,按照市场原则对中国的金融产权安排进行重构就成为我国下一步金融制度建设的核心问题。

| Abstract: | The reform of China's financial industry has achieved a lot since its start in mid-1980s.However,the financial industry is besieged by the low efficiency.The origin of low efficiency is the lack of definitely defined and efficient financial property right regime.Therefore,restructuring the financial property right regime according to market-oriented principle will be the key to the reform of China's financial institution in next stage. |
