旅游景区空间容量控制方法新探

现行旅游景区容量的计算和控制方法未考虑不同时刻游客在各景点间分布的不均衡,从而导致了景区容量控制指标的不合理估计,造成了对“热点”处资源、环境等的破坏.为解决这一问题,提出了一种旅游景区容量控制的新方法：热点控制法.通过从保护“热点”出发,确定出一个更为合理的容量指标,保证高峰时刻“热点”不超载,并且以一个动态发展的过程,在保护景区资源的基础上,对景区进行更深层次的挖掘,使其容量得到科学地提高,为景区容量的控制与管理提供了一种新的思路.

A New Probe into the Method of Tourist Area Capacity

The calculation and controlling methods of the tourist area capacity now do not consider the imbalance of the tourists' distribution among different scenic spots at different time,which leads to the unreasonable estimation for the indexes of tourist area capacity controlling and causes the resource and environment damage of hot spots.To resolve the problem,this paper introduces a new method of tourist area capacity controlling:hot spot controlling.That is to make a more reasonable capacity index through the hot spot protection;to ensure the hot spot not overloading at high season;to explore the tourist area in a deeper level in a dynamic course based on resource protection to increase the capacity scientifically.This will provide a new method of controlling and managing the tourist area capacity.
