| 摘 要： | 近年来，旅游企业的诚信缺失问题日显严重，阻碍了我国旅游业的进一步发展。从旅游企业经营中存在的诚信缺失问题入手，对造成旅游企业诚信缺失的种种原因进行分析，并在此基础上提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | The problem of the honest delinquency in tourism enterprises has become more serious, and prevented the development of tourism industry. Based on various kinds of dishonest behaviors in the current management of tourism enterprises, the paper analyses the factors that cause the honest delinquency, and then puts forward the corresponding measures to reconstruct the honest management. |
