| 摘 要： | 信贷紧缩背景下,本已十分困难的我国民营中小企业融资问题更是难上加难,在深入研究电子商务贷款对我国民营中小企业融资模式创新重要影响的基础上,对其外在表现形式和内部形成机理进行了深入分析,进而通过对比美国、韩国不同模式下的中小企业电子商务贷款业务发展经验,归纳了适合我国国情的发展对策和建议。
