| 摘 要： | 2000年我国实施＂走出去＂战略,越来越多的中国企业加入到投资非洲、开发非洲的行列中来。本文从金融危机对非洲经济的影响和对在非洲投资的中资公司的影响进行了深入分析,为这些企业有效规避经营风险和更好发展提出了措施建议。

| Abstract: | As the ＂Go-global Strategy＂ has been implemented in 2000,more and more Chinese enterprises are participating in African investment and development.This article thoroughly analyses the influence of financial crisis on the African economy as well as on the China-invested enterprises invested in Africa and provides suggestions about effective prevention from operational risk and better development for these enterprises. |
