| 摘 要： | 创业的本质在于把握机会,创造性地整合资源、创新和快速行动。但是创业活动是在不确定的环境条件下实施的,研究创业行为,不仅要剖析创业者的行为导向,更要关注创业企业所处的环境特性。本研究试图通过实证,揭示武汉光谷产业集群创业环境、创业导向对创业绩效的特殊效应。

| Abstract: | The essence of entrepreneurial opportunity is creative integration of resources,innovation and fast action.But the entrepreneurial activities is under uncertain environmental conditions,in the implementation of the study entrepreneurial behavior,it is not enough to analyze the behavior-oriented entrepreneurs,but also have to pay attention to characteristics of the environment.This empirical study attempts to reveal the special effects of business environment,business-oriented on business performance in the Wuhan Optical Valley industry cluster. |
