| 摘 要： | 本文以我国加工贸易的发展沿革为逻辑起点,就加工贸易中出现的问题进行了分析。在低碳经济语境下,以产业选择理论为基础,提出湖南省承接加工贸易的产业选择应以着力于装备制造业。

| Abstract: | In this paper,history and development of China＇s processing trade is the logical starting.This paper points to the problems in processing trade.According to industry selection theory,the author proposes to undertake the processing trade industry in Hunan should be chosen to focus on equipment manufacturing industry in the context of low-carbon economy. |
