| 摘 要： | 发展高新技术产业,实现西部地区产业化升级,是促进西部地区经济再次腾飞的重要举措。而投融资是西部地区高新技术产业能否飞速发展的关键因素,是需要我们亟待研究和解决的问题。本文通过深入研究西部地区经济发展特点,分析高新技术产业投融资进程中面临的问题,提出完善西部地区高新技术产业投融资体系的对策。

| Abstract: | The development of high-tech industries a nd industry upgrade in Western China is an important measure of economic development again.The investment and financing is a key factor which the rapid development of high-tech industry in western China,is need to be studied and solved.The article deeply studies the economical characteristics of western China,analyzes the problems of high-tech industry investment and financing,gives the measures of improving investment and financing system of the Western high-tech industries. |
