| 摘 要： | 证券市场是一个众多参与者进行利益角逐的场所。为了维持证券市场的秩序,必须建立威慑机制、惩戒机制、援助机制、纠纷解决机制和对监管机构的监督机制,为此必须要有完善的法律和制度加以规范。为了保护投资者,完善的证券市场需要解决证券发行中信息不对称问题的法律和制度、消除自利交易的制度以及其它相关的专门制度。

| Abstract: | Securities market is an arena that manype-rsons enter into rivalry for benefits.It is necessary for maintaining the order of securities market to construct the mechanisms of deterrence,discipline,assistance,resolving dispute and supervising the regulatory authority.Therefore there must be complete laws and systems to regulate securities market.To protect investors,complete securities market needs those laws and systems to solve the problem of information asymmetry,to eliminate self-dealing.Other relevant and special laws and systems are also needed for complete securities market. |
