国外中小企业信用担保经验借鉴及应用分析

自1998年开始中小企业信用担保试点以来,我国信用担保机构获得了高速发展。但由于我国的信用担保制度正处在一个初建阶段,许多制度仍很不完善,出现了一些问题。本文试图对国外同行业制度及经验进行分析,并结合我国担保行业的实际情况作出简要的应用归纳。

Foreign country small and medium enterprise credit guarantee experience reference and application analysis

In 1998,the SMEs credit support guarantee system in our country saw its beginning on trial basis.Since then,the credit guarantee organizations have sustained rapid development.Nevertheless,the credit support guarantee system in our country is still of its initial launching.With the imperfect system,some issues have come up.This article is trying to analyse the system and experience in the same industry abroad,as well as providing the brief applied conclusion based on the actual situation in domestic Assurance industry.
