摘 要: | 抑制目前的高房价应该掌握高房价的形成机理。文章从地方政府的激励与约束因素、日益膨胀的投资需求以及国家实行充分自由的房地产市场政策等方面阐述了高房价的生成机理,力图对症下药地提出我国房地产市场维稳的对策,以求为我国的民生事业做出一点微薄的贡献。

Abstract: | Suppressing the present high house price should grasp the high house price's formation mechanism.Article elaborates the high house price's production mechanism from local authority's drive and the limiting factor,the investment demand and full free real estate market policy,tries hard to proposed our country's estate market countermeasure,makes a spot meager contribution in order to our country's livelihood of the people. |
