大都市边缘区城乡协调发展模式研究——以成都市龙泉驿区为例

大都市边缘区是城乡人口构成、经济特征、社会形态以及土地发生变化的过渡地带,在工业化和城市化迅猛推进的背景下也是实现城乡协调发展的前沿地带。本文在论述大都市边缘区城乡协调发展困境的基础上,结合成都市龙泉驿区的实践,介绍了通过完善城乡公共服务体系与基础设施建设,构建城乡多元化产业体系,实施城乡一体的规划管理,以及创新政策体制机制等战略举措实现城乡一体化的发展模式。

The metropolitan fringe is the transition zone where the rural-urban areas＇ popularity composition,the economic features,the social formation and the land utilization are all in the process of change.In the context of rapid industrialization and urbanization,it is also the forward position region to realize the harmonious development between urban and rural area.On the basis of discussing the difficulties during the course of urban and rural integration,this paper combined with case of Longquanyi District＇s practice to introduces the strategic actions such as improving the public service system and construction of urban infrastructure,building diversity industry system,implementing the planning and management covering the rural and the urban areas,and innovating the institutions and mechanism to realize the integration development.
