中原经济区新生代农民工市民化问题研究

随着社会经济的发展,新生代农民工市民化问题已经成为城市化进程中不可回避的焦点。中原经济区新生代农民工市民化现状不容乐观,主要有传统观念的制约、农民工自身素质不高、政策体制和法律法规不完善等方面问题。各级政府应该积极采取措施,引导社会各界转变观念,改革就业制度和农村土地流转制度,健全社会保障制度,建立社会再教育机制,实行区域经济均衡发展,完善法律法规,促进新生代农民工市民化进程,服务于中原经济区建设。

Withthe development of social economy,the resident problem about new generation of the agricultural laborers has become an inescapable urbanization in focus.The situation of the resident about new generation of the agricultural laborers in Zhongyuan economic zone is not optimistic.It mainly concludes many questions such as restricted traditional concepts,peasant workers own quality being not high,the policy system and legal regulations of problems being imperfect etc.Governments at all levels should take active measures to guide society changing ideas,the reform of employment system and the circulation of rural land system,improve the social security system,establish the social re-education mechanism,implements the balanced development of regional economy,perfect legal laws and regulations,and promote the process of the agricultural laborer residents to service the outcome of economic zone construction.
