| 摘 要： | 在农村经济发展的进程中,基础设施供给的短缺一直是我国农村经济持续、稳定、高速增长的重要制约因素,BOT模式是一种比较有活力的方式,本文通过对农业企业应用BOT模式的战略定位分析,研究农业企业如何利用BOT模式进行投资以及利用BOT模式的过程中怎样进行投资风险管理的。

| Abstract: | In the process of rural economic development,sustained development,steady and rapid growth has been restricted by the shortage of infrastructure supply.BOT model is a more dynamic way.This paper studies how do agricultural enterprises use BOT model to invest and how to do investment risk management in the process of using BOT model through analysis the strategic positioning of agricultural enterprises using BOT model. |
