| Abstract: | In order to create a fine environment of laws for China's having entered the WTO,we must make a full study of the rules concerned of the agreement of TRIMS,and modify and perfect the enactment of laws of overseas investment in China,to make our country build up as soon as possible the system of laws of overseas investment businesses which can keep in steps with the WTO. |
