As the result of assets evaluation field’s division and specialization,the appraisal risk of forest assets evaluation has generality and particularity of assets evaluation.Based on the research of systemic risk vision,it is found that the risk of forest resources assets evaluation can be formed in many aspects,including of evaluation institution,evaluation personnel,evaluation based data,the client of evaluation business,evaluation technology system,the use of evaluation results.By cultivating high quality appraisal institution,strengthening evaluation personnel vocational training education and other measures can effectively guard against these risks.
