教师教学配置量与教师组织公民行为:教学期望对教学内在动机中介调节效应

摘    要:在对广东地区独立学院315名在职教师及65名教学主管的配对调查基础上,验证独立学院教师的教学预期对其教学配置量、教学内在动机与教师组织公民行为的中介调节效应。经过统计分析得出:教师的教学预期能够调节教师教学配置量与教学内在动机之间的关系—教学预期越高,教学配置量越会强化教师教学内在动机;教学预期也能够调节教学配置量与教师组织公民行为之间的关系:教学预期越高,教师越容易表现出组织公民行为。同时,部分验证了教学预期在教学配置量、教学内在动机与教师组织公民行为之间的中介调节效应。

Configure the Amount of Teaching and Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior:Teaching Expectations for Teaching Mediating Effects of Intrinsic Motivation
Abstract:Based on the survey in the pairing of Independent Colleges in Guangdong Province 315 serving teachers and 65 teaching supervisor on an independent verification of the teaching faculty is expected to configure the amount of their teaching, teaching and teachers' intrinsic motivation organizational citizenship behavior intermediary regulation effects. After statistical analysis: teachers' expectations can be configured to adjust the relationship between the amount of teaching and teaching between intrinsic motivation - the higher the expectations of teaching, teaching configure the amount of the more intrinsic motivation will strengthen teacher education; education is also expected to be able to adjust the amount of teaching configuration the relationship between teachers' organizational citizenship behavior: the higher the expectations of teaching, teachers more likely to exhibit organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, the article also part of teaching is expected to verify the configuration of the amount of teaching, teaching and teachers' intrinsic motivation mediating effect of organizational citizenship behavior.
