中央空调风机水泵的变频控制与节能

摘    要:中央空调系统由以下几个分支系统组成:风系统、冷冻水系统、冷却水系统组成。风系统包括风机、风阀、风管道及换热器组成;冷冻水系统包括制冷机水泵、水管道及阀门组成;冷却水系统由冷却水泵、冷却塔、冷却水管道及阀门等组成。中央空调系统运行中,风机水泵的能耗在中央空调系统的总体能耗中占有相当大的比例。如何使风机水泵更好的节能,成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。本文通过对中央空调系统的工作、控制过程的分析,提出了将空调系统中的风机及水泵实现变频控制的方案,以达到减少设备磨损并节约能源的目的。

Abstract:The central air-conditioning system is composed by several branches system:air system,water system,cooling system,frozen.Wind system includes fan,air valve and pipe,heat exchanger;water pump,water chiller system includes water chiller,the piping and valves;cooling water system includes cooling water pump,cooling tower,cooling water piping and valves,etc.In the operation of central air-conditioning system,the energy consumption of fan pump acupies a large proportion in the overall energy consumption of the central air conditioning system.It is an important topic in front of us to save energies of fan pump.This paper analyses the working and control process of the central air-conditioning system,puts forward realizaton scheme of frequecy conversion control for fan and pump of air-conditioning system,so as to reduce wear and save energy.
