| 摘 要： | 采用制度分析的方法，沿着经济、社会结果——个人选择——：制度的研究思路，对收入、生产要素及制度之间的关联性进行了分析，指出了目前实施的户籍制度和土地制度存在的问题，提出了以体现公正理念为逻辑前提的制度变革及实施变革的可能性。
