铅锌渣中回收有价元素的方法及研究现状

摘    要:对铅锌渣中有价元素的回收方法进行了分类并讨论了每种方法的优缺点,同时还对目前综合回收的研究现状进行了综述。铅渣的综合利用集中在铅的回收上,其方法主要有直接还原法、浸出法、电解法及浮选法。锌渣主要有浸锌渣和热镀锌渣,热镀锌渣主要用于回收金属锌,浸锌渣在回收金属锌的同时,还可回收其它有价元素;其回收方法有焙烧法、蒸馏法、浸出法和还原熔炼法。其中,浸出法适应性强,在铅渣和锌渣的提取中都有应用,而还原熔炼法提锌除杂彻底、工艺简单,有良好的应用前景。

Valuable elements of lead-zinc slag recovery and research methods

Abstract:In this article, valuable elements of lead and zinc slag recovery methods are classified and discussed, and the current recovery methods are also reviewed. Lead slag comprehensive utilization focused on the recovery of lead and its methods include direct reduction, leaching, electrolysis, and flotation. Zinc slags are mainly zinc leaching residue and hot galvanizing slag. Hot galvanizing slag is mainly used for zinc recovery, zinc leaching residue is mainly used for recycling other valuable elements. The two slag~s recycling methods are roasting, distilling, leaching and smelting reduction method. Leaching, which is adaptability, can be used for extracting lead and zinc. Smelting reduction method, which can separate impurity thoroughly, is a good and simple method.
