| Abstract: | In the background of the full commencement of collective forest tenure reform and state-owned forest farm reform,forest property rights disputes of the state-owned forest farms have become the main focus and difficulties of the reform. Through analysis,the paper pointed out the main features and causes of forest property rights disputes of the state-owned forest farms,proposed countermeasures and suggestions for resolving and preventing forest property rights disputes of the state-owned forest farms. |
