| 摘 要： | 通过对天然气分布式能源经济测算长期经验的总结与归纳,以一般经济测算方法和相关法律规定为依据,结合天然气分布式能源行业特点,建立分布式能源项目通用技术经济评价方法,并以该种方法对某实际项目进行经济指标分析、关键影响因素敏感性分析以及项目风险分析,形成指导分布式能源项目投资决策的实际案例,为今后分布式能源项目开展技术经济分析评价提供参考。

| Abstract: | According to economic calculation method for distributed energy projects with long-term experience accumulation of the ENN group in natural gas distributed energy field, establish a method for technical and economic evaluation of distributed energy project which based on actual project, through economy indicators analysis, Key impacts factors sensitivity analysis and risk analysis of this project, guide distributed energy projects investment decisions, and provide a basis and method for the technical and economic analysis of future distributed energy projects. |
