| Abstract: | As resources-environmental and economic development of the contradiction is becoming increasingly conspicuous, mankind is faced with economic development means change in the 21st century. Low-carbon economy is the way of the future economic development of the new direction. The economic base determines the superstructure. As the government＇s macroeconomic control policy instruments, Taxation should promote the development of a low carbon economy. |
