| 摘 要： | 环境对一个人的成长成才起到非常重要的作用,班级文化是育人环境重要的组成部分,良好的班级文化将营造出更有利于学生成长成才的教育环境。班级文化建设是一个系统工程,要树立把握全局的观念,对班级文化建设所涉及的各方面因素要认真分析,科学把握,由表及里深入展开。
