| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化情况下,探讨供应商选择的属性指标问题,建立其评价指标体系。以供应商的市场份额为权数,提出了供应商属性排序的改进AHP模型。对于供应商选择与评价,建立供应商履行属性评估的测度模型,客观地解决多属性多供应商多批次的遴选排序问题,并对此模型进行实证检验。 |

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the attribute index of supplier selection in the globalization,and establishes the evaluation index system.The supplier market shares are used as their weights,and the advanced AHP model is brought forward to rank these attributes.For the long-term suppliers,a rank model is established to solve the issue of the multi-supplier selection rank with multi-attribute index,which has decreased the subject and blindness in the traditional supplier selection.Finally,the mode is applied to an enterprise. |
