| 摘 要： | 目前,民族文化创意旅游产业蓬勃发展,但产业政策在国内缺失,本文针对这一状况研究分析了产业政策的制定原则和主要内容,认为应从产业组织政策、产业结构政策和产业布局政策三个方面进行文化创意,以文化提升旅游的内涵质量,以旅游扩大文化的传播。依托丰厚的文化资源,丰富创意和设计内涵,拓展物质和非物质文化遣产利用途径。
