企业研发活动的影响因素及失败原因分析

在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,研发已经成为企业保持其竞争力的重要手段,而研发失败率居高不下的情况也被广泛关注,并成为了学者研究的重点领域。对影响企业研发活动的原因进行了实证分析,结果表明:资源不足、协调不足、管理不佳、技术不当、外部变动是企业研发活动失败的重要因素,认为创造容忍失败的环境有利于企业从失败中学习,从而降低企业研发失败率。

Study on Influencing Factors of Enterprise R&D and the Failure Cause

As the market competition increases,R&D becomes an important means of remaining competitive for enterprises and their influencing factors have been the key field of academic researches.This paper focused on the empirical analysis of these influencing factors.Several results came out and we believed that creating an atmosphere that tolerating failure would help decrease the R&D failure rate.
