基于产学研的知识流动部门研究

立足于高校、科研机构的视角,指出技术转移机构存在如技术转移涉及内容范围有限、技术转移行为主体单一等方面的不足。在此基础上提出知识流动部门的概念,详细阐述高校、科研机构与企业、社会、政府之间的双向知识流。并从涉及范围角度、自身发展前景、现实意义角度3个方面比较了技术转移机构和知识流动部门。为建立知识流动部门,加速并深化产学研互动,提升高校、科研机构教学科研和社会服务能力,实现全面可持续发展提供了理论依据和借鉴。
