| 摘 要： | 当前我国应对科研不端行为的监管机制,主要体现在法律法规政策体系的制定、层级监管机制和查处程序的实施等方面。其中,经顶层权威设计的规范体系起指引导向、统筹协调作用; 层级监管机制具有预防和惩治相结合的功能; 规范化的查处程序能及时、正确、有效地应对科研不端行为的举报、质询、调查及惩处。尽管如此,依然存在不少有待进一步改进和完善的地方。
