服务业与制造业创新过程对比研究

本文基于创新理论,从服务业与制造业创新过程出发,分析了服务业创新和制造业创新的本质都是为了增强竞争力。制造业的创新类型以技术创新为主,而服务业创新主要以组织创新为重点。服务业的产品创新相对于制造业而言,具有无形性、可复制性小、渐进性三个特点。另外,对于制造业来说,顾客不参与到创新过程中,对创新过程的作用较小。服务业创新更多的是根据顾客的需求为导向,对创新结果的产生起到重要的推动作用。
