推动“两化”深度融合 加快转变发展方式

推动＂两化＂（信息化和工业化）深度融合,对加快转变经济发展方式具有重大意义。目前,我国＂两化＂融合规划布局初步成形,在制造业内部、资源能源供给体系、节能减排、生产性服务业发展方面的成效初步显现,但在政府、企业、社会、技术和立法层面还存在不少问题。应从加强信息技术自主创新、发挥信息技术的创新作用和倍增效应、利用信息化推进和谐社会建设、营造＂两化＂融合发展的良好环境、强化信息化人力资源建设等方面加以改进和完善。
