基于“点-轴”理论的我国海洋产业布局研究

市场经济条件下,作为海洋产业布局主体的涉海企业在空间选址上有向中心一“点”集聚的动能。通过对我国海洋产业集中系数指标的研究,得出渔业、滨海旅游和海洋交通运输业具有较高的集中系数,对其它产业具有明显的集聚效应和带动作用。不同的海洋产业,其布局总是多少表现为一定的区位指向,如以港口及滨海公路、铁路、海洋运输等为交通主干线的交汇点。基于此提出依托沿海三大港口群及所在区域中心城市为“点”,以海洋运输、临海产业带为“轴”线的我国海洋产业“三点群两轴线”的空间布局体系。

Research on Marine Industrial Layout of China Based on "Pole-Axis" System Theory

Enterprises,as the main body in the marine industrial layout,have an momentum to gather to one "pole" on the space site-selection under the condition of market economy.Through the concentration factor indicators study on China's marine industry,we found that fisheries,coastal tourism and marine transportation industry have higher concentration.Also,they have an obvious combined effect and leading role to the other industries.As far as industrial layout is concerned,different marine industrial layout always embody the same location-point in a certain,such as the port,coastal highways,railways,maritime transport,and so on.Based on above analysis,this paper proposed "three-pole cluster and two-axis" model of China's marine industrial layout,that is relying on three major port groups which separately belong to surround the Bohai Sea,Long Triangle and Pearl Triangle and its' central cities as "pole",marine transportation and marine industrial belts for the "axis",so as to construct marine industrial spatial layout system.
